Welcome to BITDAT Southern Seasonings—where flavor is a way of life!

Back in May of 2020, while the world was losing its sense of taste (and a little bit of its mind), we decided it was high time to bring some flavor back to the table. But not just any flavor—we wanted the kind that tastes like home, Sunday suppers, and kitchen counters dusted with love.

We weren’t interested in rehashing the same ol’ overdone creole blends. Nope. BITDAT was born to be different—a rich mix of herbs, peppers, and Southern sass with less sodium than those big-name brands (lookin’ at you, Tony’s and Slap Ya Mama). That’s right: all the flavor, less of the salt-shock.
From there, the family grew:

BITADAT – HEAT (2021) turned up the dial for the fire-eaters.

BITADAT – MILD (2023) came along for the folks who prefer their flavor without breaking a sweat.

BITADAT – OLD SCHOOL (2025) stripped things back to the classics—no fuss, no frills, just that “grandma-would-be-proud” flavor.

BITADAT - PORK PREACHER (2025) introduced a dedicated pork rub that is smoky, tangy, and will make you want to stand up and shout AMEN!
2026 will see the release of a new blend and HOT version of our pork rub:

BITADAT – TEXMEX (COMING SOON), will carry the Southern flavor even further south and be your go-to for fajitas, tacos, and other favorites.

BITADAT – HOLY ROLLER (COMING SOON), is the big brother of the Preacher, bringing that “fire and brimstone” to the pulpit.
